- Technical and security information: IP address, request time and information reasonably needed to keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

How and why we use information
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answer enquiries, conduct business discussions and provide requested information | Steps before entering a contract and our legitimate business interests |
| Operate and protect the site, forms and systems and prevent misuse | Our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable service |
| Meet legal or regulatory duties and establish, exercise or defend legal claims | Legal obligations and legitimate interests |
Where we rely on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
International transfers
Where we or a service provider process personal data outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information and correspondence only for as long as needed to respond, conduct business discussions, meet legal duties or resolve disputes, then securely delete or anonymise it. The website does not maintain its own database of enquiry submissions. IP data used for rate limiting is used only for short-term abuse prevention.
The age acknowledgement remains on your device for 30 days or until you clear site data, whichever comes first. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability, although no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. These rights can be limited in some circumstances. We may request information needed to verify your identity.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this corporate website that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Complaints and contact
Please contact compliance@zulultd.com first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), or another competent authority where you live. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children and changes
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information. Contact us promptly if you believe such information may have been provided.
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and the effective date updated.
